Our cricket bats are made from carefully selected English Willow, that is naturally soft and fibrous. It is not uncommon for bats to show signs of bruising, scarring and dents even with little use. This is normal wear and tear and will not affect the performance of your bat.
All bats produced by us carry a three month warranty from the date of purchase. Any repairs and/or credit is at the discretion of 777 Cricket. Shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. 777 Cricket will pay for the costs of repairs and return shipping.
We are unable to guarantee any repair work carried out by unapproved repairers or consider cases of deliberate damage. Visible water damage to bats and the use of new bats on the bowling machine will void any warranty to the bat.
