Grace Potts (Pottsy) made her Staffordshire debut in 2018, taking 3 wickets at an average of 21.66 in the County Championship and 4 wickets in the T20 Cup.  The following year, Potts was a part of the Staffs side that won Division 3A in the County championship as well as Division 3C in the 2019 T20 Cup.

She made her Sparks debut in 2021, taking two wickets against South East Stars in the Charlotte Edwards Cup. But 2022 was the year of Potts. She took 12 wickets as Sparks reached the final of the Charlotte Edwards Cup, as well as 10 wickets in the Rachel Heyhoe Flint Trophy. She also made her debut in the Hundred as she featured five times for Manchester Originals.

Not only has Potts enjoyed success on the cricket field, but she also played Netball and hockey at county level and studied sports psychology at Loughborough University.

Potts signed her first professional contract with Central Sparks in 2023, as well as signing with Trent Rockets for the 2023 Hundred. An exceptionally talented bowler always challenging the edge with her consistent line and length she has rightfully been awarded an England A call up.
